To view the colorway details, click its thumbnail as shown in the below example:
The colorway details are displayed, such as its attributes and their values. The colorway image displayed by default is the same as the one on the thumbnail. The image key and update date are displayed under the image.
You can copy any of the displayed information by selecting it then using the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + C). Favorite tags assigned to the colorway are displayed in different colors as highlighted above.
You can view the colorway image in full screen by clicking 
. You can also zoom in and out by clicking +, and –. To exit full screen, press Esc.
Resources tab
This tab displays resources assigned to the colorway such as supporting files and images as shown in the below example:
To view the resource file, click its thumbnail. You can delete the resource by selecting Delete from the actions menu next to it. More information on assigning resources is available in Assign resources.
History tab
Changes done on the colorway are displayed in the History tab as shown in the below example:
Changes are displayed along with the user who updated the field, and the time. Hover the mouse over the time to display the date and time on which the change is done.
Colorway actions
You can perform different actions on the colorway, such as editing its attributes, assigning segmentations, resources, and editing prices, etc.
- To edit the colorway attributes, select Edit from the Actions menu, the configured attributes can be updated. More information is available in Edit colorways.
- To change the colorway state, select Manage colorway state, the following window appears:
Select the state you want, then click Update. More information is available Manage colorway state.
- To deactivate the colorway, select Deactivate from the Actions menu. If the drop reason is configured, you need to select the reason. More information is available in Deactivate colorway.
- To edit the segmentation, select Edit segmentations from the Actions menu. Please refer to Edit segmentations.
- To edit the colorway sizes, select Edit sizes from the Actions menu. More information is available in Edit sizes.
- To assign a primary color to a colorway placeholder, select Assign color from the Actions menu, then select the color you want. More information is available in Assign color.
- To edit the colorway prices, select Edit prices from the Actions menu. More information is available in Edit prices.
- To assign resource files to the colorway, select Assign resources from the Actions menu, the following window appears:
You can either assign an existing resource file or add a new one. More information is available in Assign resources.
- To edit the parent style of the selected colorway, i.e. parent, inclusive, etc. select Edit parent style from the Actions menu. Please refer to Edit parent style.
- To lock prices for any of the colorways, select Lock prices from the Actions menu. More information is available in Lock and unlock prices.
