Through this module, you can display the changes done to the selected attribute values. This module is available for all catalogs as well as when a specific catalog is open. Click the Change log icon, the following window appears:

The following search fields are available:
Field | Description |
Seasons | List of seasons available for the user |
Accounts | List of regions the user has access to |
Fields | List of fields for which change log is generated such as dynamic attributes, segmentations, price groups, colorway and style numbers, status, and states, etc. This field is mandatory and at least one field should be selected |
Date range | The date range for which the change log is generated. This field is mandatory and by default it is set to one month back and you can change it by clicking the field. A calendar is displayed and you can select the date range you want. |
Changed by | The list of users who made the changes |
Columns to include in report | The list of fields mentioned above in addition to catalog, colorway and style numbers and names, impacted attribute, previous and new value, change date and the user who made the change |
Colorways | List of colorway numbers |
Styles | List of style numbers |
Note:
- In addition to mandatory fields, at least one of the following fields should be selected:
- Seasons
- Accounts
- Changed By
- Colorways
- Styles
Select the criteria you want, then when the Apply button is clicked, results are displayed as shown in the below example:

Click Generate log, fields are displayed again and you can do the changes you want and the log is updated accordingly, as shown in the below example:

You can also save the selected criteria by clicking the respective button, the following window appears:

Enter the name of the criteria then click Ok. The saved criteria can be selected as shown in the below example:

When the criteria is selected, the search fields are filled.
